5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ The case came up for hearing before the committee on 29-08-2013. Er. Gopal Sharma, Dy.CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the committee. Smt. Kulwinder Arora appeared in person on behalf of the consumer. The case has been gone through and it is found that the total amount in this case under dispute is Rs. 210554/-. Out of Rs. 210554/- the original consumption bill is of Rs. 105260/- and UUE charges are Rs. 105294/-. As the UUE cases don\'t fall under the jurisdiction of DSCs, thus the disputed amount becomes Rs. 1,05,260/- only. Thus this case does not fall within the jurisdiction of ZDSC and accordingly the case is dropped from the agenda and returned to Dy.CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar for further necessary action at his end.
