In this case under the provisions of Electricity Supply code Regulation 2007 Clause No. 9.1.1/i(b) the actual expenditure of sanctioned estimate be charged from the consumer including the cost of 11 KV VCB. The case is decided accordingly and the account of the consumer may be overhauled as per instructions of PSPCL. The interest on the disputed amount may be levied as per instructions of PSPCL. The case is decided accordingly.

The consumer had requested for adjournment of the case and also submitted his representation. A copy of the same has been given to SE/DS Circle. Jalandhar for necessary action. The case is adjourned accordingly to the next date.
