4.  ਵਰਨਣ The consumer has charged Rs 29,15,017 for the period Jan 2007 to Nov 2012 due to Multiplying factor .5 is being applied instead of multiplying factor 1.
5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ The Committee Heard the arguments given by consumers as well as Presenting Officer and case throughly scrutinized. During scuritinization it was found that consumption of the consumer has regularly decreased from Nov 2007 to till date ,keeping in view committee decided that Multiplying factor 1 be applied from Dec 2007 to Nov 2012,after making correction amt be charged/recovered from the consumer.
