4.  ਵਰਨਣ The consumption of the consumer was recorded as 51836 units & CD 14494.08 KVA against sanction load 154.658 as on 11.08.2013 by AEE S/D Nathana & bill of Rs 15,27,870 was issued to the consumer for the month of 7/2013 . The consumer challenged the bill issued to him at Dispute Settlement Committee. On the request of the AEE Nathana,Sr.Xeon MMTS Bathinda, checked the meter of the consumer on 16.8.2013 .On the report of Sr. Xeon MMTS,the CT,PT unit of the consumer was replaced.
5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ The committee after deliberation found that abnorml KWH,KVAH,MDI reading were recorded due to the defective metering equipment.On the basis of reading 19,701 units recorded in the month of 7/2012 & average consumption from 1/2013 to 6/2013 which is recorded as 22,253 units. The bill of the consumer for 7/2013 be rectified on the basis of 22253 units. The MDI surcharge is also not recoverable from the consumer. Interest/Surcharge be recovered from the consumer as per PSPCL Instructions.
