4.  ਵਰਨਣ The Meter no. 9207972 had been installed at the consumer premises at reading 402144 on date 21/12/2011. But meter reading was wrongly taken of meter no. 869998 instead of 9207972 . As per report of SDO Commercial-2 Bathinda, it is found that the reading was wrongly taken of meter no 869998 . The correct reading of meter no 9207972 is 613190. On the basis of consumption recorded on meter for 20 months the bill of Rs. 19,37,693/- was raised to the consumer by SDO commercial ii bathinda vide Memo No. 2054 dated 04-09-2013.
5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ M/S Mohan International Bathinda put up his case in Zonal level committee, who have a temporary connection of 90 KW released on 21-12-2012 with initial reading 402144.20 In the same premises another NRS connection GC-13-0311 load 32.51 In the name of Sri Gurpreet singh. Meter reader recorded the reading of this meter in blank of temporary Ac. The committee Scrutinise the case and found that the amount charged to the consumer along with surcharge/interest is recoverable.
