5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ The Consumer case was discussed in the ZDSC Meeting on 10/4/14 again on 8/05/14 when the consumer\'s representative Smt. Sarab Pal present the case before committee. Committee considered the consumption of new meter which was installed at consumer\'s premises on 27.12.13 with initial reading-1 .The reading of this meter was recorded on 15.04.14 ie 001329 which of 108 days to from this it is cleared that 12 units per day consumption has been consumed which tallied with the consumption consumed by consumer for the last five years. From this it is clear that digit of previous meter was defective .Therefore committee decided that the consumption from 5.7/13 to 6.9.13 1477 units which is of 63 days, be calculated per day to on this basis the consumer\'s bill for the period 6.9.13 to 27.12.13 (112 days) be corrected accordingly and committee also decided that the amount so calculated be refunded/charged with interest/surcharge as per instruction of PSPCL.
