5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ The committee deliberated the case and unanimously decided that the a/c of the consumer should be overhauled for the period 4/2013 to 9/2013 with the recorded consumption of the corresponding period of previous year.keeping in view that the readings of the consumer is being taken by JE-1 and the type of load installed and in use in the premises.The consumer may be charged /refunded accordingly. It was further decided that the interest/surcharge may be refunded/charged as per rules and regulations of PSPCL.
