The meter was replaced on dated 18-11-2013 Accordingly meter of consumer checked in ME lab Bathinda and working of meter was found within limits. On the basis of ME lab report account of consumer overhauled from month 11/2013 to 2/2014 and issued notice to consumer for depositing Rs 783483. Consumer challenge this amount in Zonal level DSC.
