In the LCR No. 22/1 dated 23.2.2014, it has been recorded that 5 BHP AP connection NO. AP50-0608 is being used by the consumer for the purpose of School. This connection may be charged as per instructions of the Corporation as it is used for commercial purposes since 2004. The case is decided accordingly.
