PO was directed to submit comments on the petition, consumption data of last 10 years and site checking report vide LCR No. 23/1 dated 24.2.2014 which was submitted by P.O. In addition to this, P.O. also produced various checking reports of Enforcement Organization to substantiate that the reading recoded in routine was correct. After going through the consumption data, current site checking report, previous checking report of Enforcement Organization, Committee decided that the account of the consumer for the months of 10/2012 to 12/2012 may be overhauled on the basis of average of 1/2012 to 3/2012. Committee further decides that the balance amount recoverable/refundable, if any, be recovered/refunded from/to the consumer along-with interest/surcharge as per instructions of PSPCL.
