1 Wed 25, Jun 2014  Due to meter burnt in month 09/2012, 11/2012 & 01/2013 average had been charged with LDHF Formula, because consumption of last years of these months was not available. 03/2013 bill is also generated with LDHF formula due to C Code. After that again consumer's meter burnt & meter of this consumer changed on dated:10.06.13. In month 07/2013 & 10/2013 bill was also generated with LDHF Formula because non availability of consumption of last year. 11/2013, 01/2014 and 02/2014 bill was generated on actual consumption.
2 Mon 21, Jul 2014  Consumer request for next hearing, So committee deferred this case for next hearing
