4.  ਵਰਨਣ CBC Patiala had sent the bill a Amt Rs 158460 to the consumer for the month of 6/2010 including demand surcharge of Rs 66450.The consumer has challenge the meter vide BA 16 No 348/58957. dated 17.6.2010.On the report of Sr. xen MMTS bathinda ,the meter was recorded abnormal reading and Jumping at certain Times. The meter changed against MCO no 51/64323 dated 18.6.12.
5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ Sr. Xen MMTS checked the meter and advised the S/D to replace the meter & get checked it from ME lab. The meter working was checked in ME lab and found its work within limits . Zonal Level committee decided the case that the amount is charged to the consumer with Surcharge/interest as per PSPCL Instructions.
