5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ After deliberation and going through the record available the committee decided that as per demand recorded in 03/2014 which is 952.42 KVA, demand surcharge so charged is not recoverable from the consumer. The committee has also decided that the reason for magnetic tempering of consumer meter be verified. If the consumer has himself tempered the magnetic temper, than action be taken against the consumer as per recent instruction of the PSPCL.
