5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ After the considering the consumption data and other relevant record presented by PO to committee, it was decided that on dated 11.03.14, the actual reading was 20362 instead of 101362 and the final reading as per ME lab which was 211774 for the period 11.03.14 to 18.06.14 (upto change of meter) 10412 units (211774-211362) be charged and the amount which was charged during this period be adjusted from it. The amount so calculated should be refunded/recovered along with surcharge/interest from the consumer.
