The consumer applied for new LS connection with connected load of 997.500 and CD 999 KVA fed from Paper Mill feeder. The consumer applied his connection from independent feeder by depositing independent feeder charges i.e. Rs. 1962526/- (Rs. 1063426 + 899100 S.C.) vide BA – 16 No. 93/6520 dated 14.8.2012. However it came to the notice of ASE/OP Adda Dhakha that as per CC No 36/2011 the consumer having CD less than 2500KVA can’t be given supply from independent feeder and cost of feeder has been wrongly got deposited from the consumer. Therefore the consumer was given supply on nearby 11 KV category -2 feeder. On refusal supply from independent feeder, the consumer requested for refund of the amount deposited by him against supply from independent feeder.
