1 Tue 25, Feb 2014  The case was heard by the Committee on 25.2.2014 and it was found that the demand of water supply to Urban Estate Coloney was caterred by two number connections bearing A/c No. MS-14/24 and MS-14/32. The average charged of the defective period was on higher side, as when one tubewell is got off, the supplyi is given from second tubewell. The Committee after scrutinized the consumption data of both connections it was found that the consumption of connection bearing account No. MS-14/24 remained operative is Okay. There was no enhancement in consumption and there was no link in the consumption of conn bearing A/c No. MS-14/32 . the consumption pattern of conn. No. MS-14/32 was studied and Committee came to the conclusion that the bill for the defective period i.e from June 2012 to March 2013 may be overhauled taking base of average consumption of connection MS-14/32 i.e. 12088 units which were recorded in the month of June 2012
