1 Sat 18, Jan 2014  The case was discussed and found that the meter connection was wrongly made which was installed on 25.10.2012 at 0000044 reading. On 15.4.2013 at the time of checking of this connection by Enforcement Agency, the connection was set right by giving remarks/instruction that the recorded consumption may be charged double. After detailed deliberation, the committee decided that the recorded consumption needs to be doubled from the date of installation of this meter i.e. 25.10.2012 to the date of checking of Enforcement i.e. 15.4.2013 because the connection was set right on the same day.
