1 Sat 18, Jan 2014  As per consumption data supplied by the Dy. CE/DS, Suburban Circle Amritsar, the reading was recorded in the month of 6/13 is 48508 but during the month of 8/2013 and 10/2013, the reading was recorded 155241 and 161999 respectively. As per ME Amritsar report of dated 15.11.2013, reading taken by pushing the scroll switch is 66516 and without pushing the scroll switch is 166516. After detailed deliberation keeping in view the ME Report, Committee decided that the Ist digit of one lac of left side was recorded wrontly. Hence, the reading of the meter taken in 8/2013 may be treated as 55241 instead of 155241 and furthe reading may be corrected accordingly.
