1 Fri 04, Jul 2014  Sh. Harish Kumar, son of Smt. Shukla Chaddha appeared before the committee. In the meeting dt.30.05.2014, the consumer submitted his petition. The committee directed P.O. submit parawise comments of ASE/Op., Focal Point Divn. Ludhiana, copy of MCO, copy of DDL and copy of ME report in the next meeting. In meeting dt.23.06.2014, P.O. submitted the above said documents but the meter of the consumer remained to get checked from ME Lab. The committee directed P.O. to direct ASE/Op., Focal Point Divn., Ludhiana to get the meter checked from ME Lab immediately and submit copy of DDL and copy of ME report along with up-to date consumption data in the next meeting. In today’s meeting, P.O. presented the above said documents as required by the committee in the last meeting. The committee studied all these documents and directed P.O. to submit elaborated comments of ASE/MMTS-1, Ludhiana on complete DDL regarding working of meter and copy of SCO in the next meeting. The case has been deferred for want of above documents.
