1 Fri 04, Jul 2014  Sh. Daljeet Kumar and Sh. Harpreet Kumar, brother of Sh. Daljeet Kumar appeared before the committee. In the meeting dt.23.06.2014, the consumer made his representation before the committee. The committee directed P.O. to present comments of ASE/Op., CMC Divn., Ludhiana on the representation of the consumer, certification of daily consumption as per DDL from MMTS, copy of complete DDL along with tampered data and the person responsible for accepting part payment without approval of competent authority as required by the committee in the next meeting. In today’s meeting, P.O. submitted the above said documents before the committee. After studying the above documents, the committee directed P.O. to submit elaborated comments of ASE/MMTS-1, Ludhiana on complete DDL regarding working of meter and reading record of previous 3 years to be presented in the next meeting. The case has been deferred.
