4.  ਵਰਨਣ The meter of the consumer was changed vide MCO no. E12/M/14/191753/07640 dt. 03.04.2014 affected on dt.08.05.2014 for display off. The consumer was charged 17488, 17397 and 19305 units for the months of 02/14, 03/14 and 04/14 on average basis.
5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ Brief History This is a MS connection having sanctioned load of 90.12KW. The meter of the consumer was changed vide MCO no. E12/M/14/191753/07640 dt. 03.04.2014 affected on dt.08.05.2014 for display off. The consumer was charged 17488, 17397 and 19305 units for the months of 02/14, 03/14 and 04/14 on average basis. The consumer has requested ZDSC for reconsidering the average charged in the above said bills. Proceedings Sh. Deepak Kumar, grandson of Smt. Durga Devi appeared before the committee. In the meeting dt.23.06.2014, the consumer submitted his petition before the committee. In today’s meeting, P.O. presented comments of ASE/Op., CMC Divn., Ludhiana on the petition of the consumer and up-to date consumption data required by the committee in its last meeting. OBSERVATIONS The committee examined last 2 years average consumption and find that the average consumption is steady and there is not much variation in monthly and yearly consumption. 6/8 DECISION The committee deliberated the whole case and unanimously decided that the amount charged to the consumer is O.K. and recoverable.
