4.  ਵਰਨਣ The connection of consumer was checked by ASE/MMTS-II, Ludhiana vide his LCR No. 24/2275 dated 7.10.2013 and reported that yellow phase of CT/PT was not contributing as per comments of above report. The CT/PT of the consumer was changed vide SJO No. 83/50140 dated 8.10.2013 on dated 09.10.2013. Dy.Director, CBC, Ludhiana overhauled the account of consumer from 06/2013 to 09/2013 vide RBS No.70/2013 dated 25.10.2013 due to less recording of consumption by yellow phase of CT/PT.
5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ Brief History This is a LS connection which had a sanctioned load of 992.49 KW. The connection of consumer was checked by ASE/MMTS-II, Ludhiana vide his LCR No. 24/2275 dated 7.10.2013 and reported that yellow phase of CT/PT was not contributing as per comments of above report. The CT/PT of the consumer was changed vide SJO No. 83/50140 dated 8.10.2013 on dated 09.10.2013. Dy.Director, CBC, Ludhiana overhauled the account of consumer from 06/2013 to 09/2013 vide RBS No.70/2013 dated 25.10.2013 due to less recording of consumption by yellow phase of CT/PT. An amount of Rs.3143695/- was charged to consumer on basis of above RBS. The consumer has already deposited 20% of disputed amount. In cases where the consumer has applied for extension of load, the consumer is required to deposit 50% of any disputed amount. So, the remaining 30% of disputed amount (to make 50% of disputed amount as per instructions) shall be deposited by the consumer to avail the extension in load for which technical feasibility has already been cleared by competent authority. Proceedings Sh.Sunil Sharma, GM( Engineering) &Sh. Waqar Alamappeared before the committee. In the previous meetings, the consumer pleaded that his a/c has been overhauled for 6 months. He also pleaded that the base taken by CBC for overhauling of account is on higher side. P.O. presented the comments of ASE/Op., Focal Point Divn. on the petition of the consumer & DDL printout 7/9 which was handed over to Sh.Sunil Sharma as demanded by him.The consumer sought sought time to study the DDL. In today’s meeting, the committee deliberated the case in detail. Decision The committee, keeping in view the DDL report, decided that the consumer should be given a relief in charging amount from 24.06.2013 to 29.06.2013. The consumption of the consumer should be limited to 9.10.2013 i.e. the date of replacement of CT/PT unit.
