5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ Er. Gopal Sharma, Dy.CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the committee. This case, again, came up for final deliberation before the committee on 16-12-2014. Sh. Raj Kumar Julka consumer was present in person. This case was deliberated at length and as per statement given by Er. Paramjit Singh Addl.SE/Enforcement-I, Jalandhar on 01-12-2014, it was found that potential wire of yellow and blue phase were interchanged at the time of checking by the departmental officers on 08-11-2013 and it was decided that the amount is recoverable and the same may be recovered as per instructions of PSPCL. However, on the request of the consumer the amount to be recovered be recovered in 15 equal monthly installments along with interest as per instructions of PSPCL. Er. Gopal Sharma, Dy. CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar has pointed out that the disciplinary action etc. is being taken by the department on the administrative side. This decision is without prejudice to any of the departmental action/proceeding being taken by the departmental authorities separately.
