5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ DECISION: The case has been discussed at length. In this case the consumer had challenged the meter. The display of the meter was not visible. The ME Lab report dated 22-4-14 has been perused at length. The disputed period is from 18-10-13 to 25-2-14. The data submitted by the Dy. CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar is taken as basis for deciding this case to be correct. As per report of ME Lab. Dated 22-4-14 the display of the meter was showing reading as 139314, accordingly the reading 139314 be reduced with the reading on 18-10-13 as 100915 thus the consumption comes to 38399 for disputed period. The case is decided accordingly and the account of the consumer be overhauled and consumer be charged as per instructions of PSPCL.
