5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ This case, again, came up for hearing before the committee on 26-09-2014. Er. Jagmohan Singh, Dy.CE/DS Circle, Hoshairpur presented the case before the committee. The case has been gone through thoroughly. It is found that there are two claims of the consumer (First amounting to Rs. 161074/- and second amount Rs. 323689/- mentioned in consumer’s representation dated 21-4-14 placed on record) have been clubbed and thus this case for Rs.484763/- sent to the ZDSC for decision. This case is, thus remanded back to Circle Level DSC for disposal accordingly.

1 Fri 27, Jun 2014  The case came up for hearing before the committee on 27-06-2014. Er. Jagmohan Singh, Dy.CE/DS Circle, Hoshairpur presented the case before the committee. Col. Pasricha, DGM on behalf of consumer appeared before the Committee and due hearing was given to him. He is directed to produce the Power of Attorney on the next date. He has submitted a copy of representation submitted earlier which has been placed on record. The comments of Dy.CE/DS Circle, Hoshiarpur on the representation of the consumer are not on the file and a copy of the same is supplied to the Dy.CE/DS Circle, Hoshiarpur for his comments within 7 days with a copy to the consumer to file his rebuttal, if any. The case is adjourned accordingly.
2 Thu 14, Aug 2014  This case, again, came up for hearing before the committee on 14-08-2014. Er. Jagmohan Singh, Dy.CE/DS Circle, Hoshairpur presented the case before the committee. Sh. Neeraj Sharma Asstt. Manager Admn. has filed his Power of Attorney through Dy.CE/DS Circle, Hoshiarpur, which is placed on record. The consumer has submitted his representation on 21-4-14 which is also on record. The comments of Dy.CE/DS Circle, Hoshiarpur are also in the file but copy of the same has not been provided to the consumer. The copy of the same has been provided to the consumer today. The representative of the consumer is directed to submit his rebuttal, if any, within 7 days to this Committee with a copy to Dy.CE/DS Circle, Hoshiarpur. Dy.CE/DS Circle, Hoshiarpur is, further, directed to supply the copy of DDL along with the report of ME Lab. He is also directed to explain the circumstances as to why the account of the consumer has not been overhauled on over all basis, why a selective method has been adopted in this case. The case is adjourned to the next date.
