5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ Committee has decided the case by viewing that the average unit charge to the consumer is not justified. So, the bill of 1688 units or MMC whichever is higher should be recovered from consumer.

1 Fri 21, Mar 2014  In the meeting held on 21-3-2014 the consumer stated to the committee that he did not use the supply for a long time. So, the average charged him on the basis of previous year is too much. In the light of above facts the committee desired to present DDL report by Sr.XEN.MMTS.Batala.
