4.  ਵਰਨਣ A sum of Rs. 373541 was charged by audit party which was already refunded by the S/D, as 7.5% HT rebate. The case was challenged by the consumer in Circle level DSC.
5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ The case was heard on 22-5-2014 and then the decision of the Supreme Court was finalized. More over C.C. No. 18/2014 has been issued by the department. So, the committee has decided the case to considered it as per standing instructions applicable in this case subject to per audit.

The case was consider by the committee on first hearing on 23-1-2014, to subject to out come of the Supreme Court, pending of similar nature cases.
