4.  ਵਰਨਣ A sum of Rs. 230499 was charged by audit party which was already refunded by the S/D, as 7.5% HT rebate. The case was challenged by the consumer in Circle level DSC.
5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ The case was heard on 22-5-2014 and then the decision of the Supreme Court was finalized. More over C.C. No. 18/2014 has been issued by the department. So, the committee has decided the case to considered it as per standing instructions applicable in this case subject to Pre-Audit.
