5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ The case is decided by the committee in favour of consumer that the consumption of 30296 units is not justified, as the consumption remained constant between 200-500 units since last 3 years. So, the committee has decided to charge maximum consumption ever recovered during previous 3 years.

1 Thu 22, May 2014  Sh. Pawan Kumar (The consumer) presented before the committee in the meeting held on 22-5-2014. He requested before the committee that he has been received a bill of Rs. 1500-1600/- before this disputed bill. He has a house with area 1½ marlas in which he has only 4 no. bulbs and 2 no. fans.
