4.  ਵਰਨਣ The meter was checked by Sr. Xen Enforcement Batala on dated 5-7-2013, which was declared 30.11% slow. The amount charged to the consumer by 50% increase for the slowness of the meter, which was challenged by the consumer in Circle level DSC.
5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ The case was decided by the committee on dated 23-1-2014 in favor of department to recover the charged amount for addl. Load more over it was desired by the committee to recalculate the charged amount.
