After viewing the report presented by Sr. Xen City Batala, the committee has decided that consumption recorded from 3-1-14 to 16-1-14 (13 days) is not justified as compare to the sanction load of the consumer. It proves that meter is faulty. So, the committee has decided to charge the bill amount on the basis of LDHF formula for the disputed period and the challenged amount by the consumer being recovered accordingly.
