5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ After careful consideration of the documents consumer request and statement of presenting officer it was decided that consumer account be overhauled for the period from 25.12.2011 to 06.12.2013 (i.e. MCO) on the basis of average consumption recordd during previous 2 years i.e. 24.12.2009 to 24.12.2011 which comes to 1483 units per bimonthly. committee also observed tha new meter installed on 06.12.2013 is also giving the same reading in consumption data given by P.O. Which needs to be checked and action required,if any may be taken by the Distribution Authorities.
