5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ The committee after going through the consumption data of consumer found that average consumption of the consumer\'s account in the previous years before and after effect a MCO remained approx. 1000 to 2000 units. PO told that the meter in question remained at site for the period from 10.10.12 to 20.08.13. Keeping in view the sanctioned load of 13.4 KW , consumption of 149717 units in a period of about 10.5 months does not seem possible. Hence to give justice to the consumer it was decided that the account of the consumer for the period from 10.10.12 to 20.08.13 be overhauled on the basis of average consumption recorded during the previous three bimonthly bills i.e. issued from 23.02.12 to 01.10.12. Balance amount may be recovered/refunded along with interest/surcharge as per rule for the PSPCL.
