The committee deliberated this case in detail and found that the documents supplied by the consumer do not relate to the case. Hence, committee decided that the amount is recoverable and there is no merit in the oral and written submissions of the consumer. 1 Thu 13, Nov 2014  This case came up for hearing before the committee on 26-09-2014. Er. Gopal Sharma, Dy.CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the committee. Sh. Sameer Aggarwal was present who has submitted his written request that he took the premises of Sh. Surjit Singh on rent in 2009. He has also produced the rent deed which has been placed on record. Sh. Sameer Aggarwal represents that he is the tenant of Surjit Singh and shall produce his Power of Attorney on the next date. The case is adjourned to next date for furnishing the Power of Attorney from Sh. Surjit Singh consumer by Sh. Sameer Aggarwal.
