5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ After deliberation and going through the available, the committee decieded that the consumer disputed bill is due to wrong reading taken by the official of PSPCL. Therefore committee decided that the account of the consumer be corrected with reading 108533 instead of reading 8533 taken on 09.07.13. As such the amount be recovered/refunded along with the surcharge/interest from the consumer as per the instruction nof PSPCL.
