But committeenoted that last corresponding period consumption is of R-Code and as such committee decided that bill of disputed period (10.07.14 to 19.10.14 i.e date of removable of meter) be revised as per average of 17.07.12 to 10.12.12 and as such amount so calculated be recovered/refunded along with surcharge/interest as the instruction of PSPCL.
