5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ After deliberation and going through the record available, the committee decided that as per CC 22/2014 dt 16.05.2014 as the detected load is more than 100 KW and such as consumer case not covered VDS. Therefore as per schedule of Tariff for NRS category Para SV-4.1.1, load charged for the consumer the committee also Directed the PO that excess load of consumer be got removed and test report of sanction load be taken and if consumer wish to retain this load than as pe instruction, he can apply for extension of load . As such the amount be recovered/refunded along with surcharge/interest from the consumer.
