Therefore the amount charged to consumer is recoverable. The committee also decided that the account of consumer may also be overhauld for the period 28.04.14 to 01.07.14 as per PSPCL instructions on the basis of corresponding period (Units). The amount be recovered from the consumer as per instructions along with interest/surcharge. Besides this committee also decided the action may also be taken as per latest instructions of PSPCL against excess load run by consumer.
