As per the instructions of ESIM 131.2&131.3 the PLEC has been chagrged Rs 1679896 from (26.02.14 to 10.07.14) from comsumer.The consumer has deposited the full amount of Rs 1679896/-and challanged the amount in Zonal Dispute settlement committee .

Zonal dispute settlement committee decided After hearing the consumer & Presenting officer of M/S International Mega Food Park dabawali regarding peak load charges.As per consumer maximum C.D during peak load 700 KVA and the amount of Plac shall be charged for 700 KVA instead of 1500KVA. The committee decided that peak load is chargable on senction peak load i.e 1500 KVA as approved by chief engineer PP&R vide memo No 1027 dated 26.02.2014
