5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ After checking the record is was found that the value of D and F in the formula for calculating the consumption with LDHF by the Audit party is not correct. Committee decided to put up the value of D is 25 days, H is 12 hrs, F is 40 percent for calculating this consumption and consumers\'s account is to be revised accordingly, this average consumption not to be adjusted with the corresponding future consumption as the consmpton in the temprory conneiton is not equal in all the months and the revised bill must be pre-audited.

1 Thu 11, Sep 2014  Calculation of disputed bill is charged as per LDHF formula where F has been taken 100 percent but there is valid temporory connetion under CS Category. As per PSPCL insturcions the average should be adjusted as per actual conumption of corresponding period.
