5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ The consumer has connection with sanctioned load of 45.40 KW. In the month of 8/2014, the consumer received energy bill of 141590 units amounting to Rs.1072040/-. The consumer challenged the bill for the month of 8/2014. The consumer stopped making payment of the arrear of the bill but he deposited the current bill regularly. Due to excess bill, he knocked the door of ZDSC and his case was considered for hearing. This case was deferred in the previous meeting held on 5.3.2015 and 27.3.2015 for want of some documents. Today\'s meeting Sh. Prince Madan appeared before the Committee. P.O. submitted revised consumption data and copy of ME lab report and explained that the wrong reading was taken due to some technical behavior of meter. No one is responsible for the lapse. Committee scrutinized the record and decided that the account of the consumer may be overhauled as per revised consumption data and pre-audit the amount before charging.

In the month of 8/2014, the consumer received energy bill of 141590 units amounting to Rs.1072040/- which was challenged by him. The consumer stopped making payment of the arrear of the bill but he deposited the current bill regularly. Due to excess bill, he knocked the door of ZDSC and his case was considered for hearing.
In today`s meeting no body appeared before the Committee. The Committee scrutinized the record and found that consumption data does not seems to be correct as reading shown in 10/2013 was 781 units after round complete whereas the reading shown in the MCO was 119170 kwh and 157458 kvah. P.O. was directed to bring the complete data alongwith copy of ME Lab challan. Case was deferred.
