5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ The Committee deliberated the case on dated 20.05.2015 and decided that the account of consumer be overhauled (as per average consumption 49904 units for last three months i.e. Sep. Oct. Nov 2014 instead of corresponding months of pervious year) from the date meter remained defective till the replacement (i.e 30.11.2014 to 10.01.15). The notice in this regard be issued to the consumer after pre audit from AO field Patiala. The committee further decided that surcharge/interest may also be charged/refunded as per the instructions of PSPCL.
