5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ The Committee deliberated the case and decided that actual consumption should have been the difference of reading recorded on dated 03-04-14 as 99,420 and later on recorded as 1,35,648 on dated 06-05-14. The difference of these two readings is 36228 units which should be divided equally monthly between the period of 03-04-14 to 06.05.15 and accordingly bill may be prepared. Committee further decided that amount be charged/refunded along with surcharge/ interest as per the instructions of PSPCL. Committee also decided that action be taken against the responsible officials who has recorded the wrong readings.
