4.  ਵਰਨਣ Consumer state that the bill raised for the month 8/2014 was of units 17007 which is wrong because the load was increased from 34.80 KW to 64.40 KW from dated 12.05.14. This average was taken on wrong pattern and has to be reducable.
5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ Despite increase in load, consumption pattern has not increased from 12.05.14 to 05.12.14 corresponding to past year. According to this consumption pattern maximum consumption of consumer was during 9/14. So committee decided that revised the bill of 8/14 as per bill of month 9/14 i.e. 11166 units.
