After Hearing the consumer & Presiding Officer in ZDSC on dated 17-03-2015 the committee decided that the DDL of the meter shows that there was no jumping of reading in any day moreover checking of ME lab shows that working of meter was OK. So the amount of Bill sent to the consumer is Payable and recoverable as per standing instruction of PSPCL along with surcharge/Interest.
