4.  ਵਰਨਣ Electricity bill of the consumer for the period 03-07-14 to 04-08-14 shown consumption of 95550 KWH & 100015 KVH for which bill of the Rs 652090 send to the consumer on dated 05-08-14.The consumer challenged the working of meter & same was Checked by the Xen FZR wide their ECR No 33/1706 on dated 05-8-14 as per the checking report meter found running with in the limits, Due to higher consumption of meter as compare to previous consumption of meter was replaced & send to ME lab & working of meter was also found to be with in limits .The case of the consumer put before the ZDSC on dated 12-01-2015
5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ This case is presented before the committee by PO (Dy CE/DS, Circle Ferozepur) for consideration. Proprietor of the firm Sh. Chandan Sharma and his brother Sh. Rajneesh Sharma are present and they have already presented their views before the committee in the last meeting of ZDSC dated 17-03-2015. All the data required as per decision of committee dated 17-03-2015 is presented by PO before the committee. Sr. Xen Enforcement /Ferozepur wide his memo no. 255 dated 24-03-2015 declared this meter as defective due to inconsistent variation in Kwh and Kvah readings and matter was referred to ME Lab Bathinda to get the data downloaded by MMTS, Bathinda as per detail mentioned in the above letter of Enforcement. ASE/ME Div., Bathinda vide their letter no 408 dated 13-04-2015 and Sr. Xen/MMTS, Bathinda vide their letter memo no. 155 dated 27-04-2015 shown inability for the downloading of the data of this meter. The Yearly consumption data is compared from the date of connection i.e September 2009 and it is seen that consumption of calendar year 2014 is 213053 Kwh which is very much on higher side than the consumption of year 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 which is 112619, 126182, 144917, 111138 respectively. This also support the erratic behaviour of the meter as shown by the Sr. Xen/ Enforcement. After going through the documents and considering the views of PO, Consumer and report of Sr. Xen/Enforcement regarding working of meter, it has been decided by the committee that the bill on the basis of reading dated 04-08-2014 (95550 Kwh, 100515 Kvah) be overhauled as per consumption recorded on dated 03-12-2014 (18084 KWH, 18871 KVAH).

1 Tue 17, Mar 2015  The Disputed case of M/S Tiwari Manufactures Village Nathana having load 69.96 KW A/C No. MS 54/0059 regarding jumping of meter amounting Rs 652090/-. The case was put up before ZDSC on dated 17/03/2015. The representative of the firm Mr. Chandan Sharma and his brother Mr. Rajnish Sharma appeared before the committee & informed that their meter jumped in the month of 07/08/2014 resulting consumption of 95550 units. PO reported to the committee that the meter in Question was checked by the Xen. Enforcement FZR at site vide ECR No. 33/1706 on dated 5/8/2014 & the result of the meter were found with in limits. DDL of the meter also retrieved. The consumer challenge the working of meter & the same was checked in ME lab & the report of the meter was found OK.
After hearing PO & the consumer the committee told to PO to bring the required documents in the next meeting So the case is deferred for next hearing.
