Vatta for the consumer appeared before the committee in person. DECISION: The case has been discussed at length. Since the Addl.SE/EA&MMTS-I, Jalandhar has already given the report that MDI meter is erratic behaviours and he has pointed out that MDI 1038 KVA was recorded due to this reason only. Hence the amount is not recoverable. The account of the consumer may be overhauled as per instructions of PSPCL. The case is decided accordingly.
