This is a MS connection having sanctioned load of 58.280KW. ASE/Enf.-2, Ludhiana vide ECR no. 31/920 dt. 27.06.2014 checked the meter of the consumer and reported”PYktrI dy cldy Bwr qy mItr pVqW/pls bMd pwey[ mItr ifPYkitv hY, bdl ky pYk sIl krky AYm.eI.lYb qoN cY~k krwieAw jwvy[ifsplyA off, mItr ifPYYkitv[” The meter was changed vide MCO no. E11/M/14/200523/05794 dt. 27.06.2014 effected on dt. 05.07.2014. The final reading on MCO was shown as 0.000. The meter got checked in ME Lab vide challan no. 140707/95393 dt. 09.07.2014 and reported”meter is burnt, DDL is taken.” The final reading was recorded as 792940 KWH and 981099 KVAH.
RAP vide memo no. 599 dt. 18.03.2015 overhauled the a/c of the consumer from 05/014 to the change of meter (i.e. 05.07.2014) on the basis of final reading. Accordingly, Divn. office charged an amount of Rs. 445523. The consumer, being disagreed with the amount charged, approached the office of CE/Op.,(C ) to consider his case for hearing in ZLDSC which was accepted vide office memo no. 3664 dt. 11.06.2015.
Proceedings
The consumer didn’t attend the meeting. The committee directed P.O. to get petition from the consumer and submit parawise comments on the same, copy of DDL and comments of ASE/Enf.2, Ludhiana on DDL to be presented in the next meeting. The case has been deferred.
