5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ History This is a MS category connection having sanction load of 97.64 kw. The bill for the month of 6/2014 was issued for 7032 kwh units and 46059 kvah units for Rs. 447725/- The consumer did not agree with this amount and challenged the meter by depositing requisite challenged fee. The meter of the consumer was replaced vide MCO no. 45/74954 dt. 5.8.14 and the same was got checked vide store challan dt. 27.8.14. The accuracy of the meter was found within limit and DDL was taken. The consumer did not agree with this amount and approached to Ce/Central for registration of the case in ZDSC. The case was registered in ZDSC vide memo no. 406 Dt. 20.1.15 Proceeding The case of the consumer was heared 8.1.15, 13.2.15 and finally decided on 5.3.15. Petitioner submitted petition which was handed over to P.O. for parawise reply. P.O. will also submit LCR in detailed alongwith Load & DDL report from Addl S.E./Enforcement. PO submitted parawise reply of the petition , LCR , DDL fo the meter and report of addl. SE/Enf-2 Ldh dt. 5.3.15 regarding DDL. Decision Committee studied the case and observed that as per Addl.SE/Enf-2 Ldh report dt. 5.3.15, the software of the meter is defective so, the A/C of the consumer for the period 7/14 and 8/14 may be overhauled on the basis of average consumption for the month January 2014 to June 2014 and raise the demand accordingly. The case is decided.
