5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ PO brought to the notice of the committee that consumer originally challenged the bill amount Rs. 238448/- of Monthly billing in CDSC and deposited the 1/3rd amount of the disputed amount Rs.78690/- vide BA 16 no.229/47862 dated 27.1.15. Committee studied the case and found that the amount relates to five billing months. From the above, it has been observed by the committee that the original amount falls in the preview of CDSC and the increase in the amount is due to non changing of disputed meter, so case should be decided in CDSC.
